Guiding you to the light within— through Story, Science, and the Soul
My Healing Philosophy
My healing philosophy blends evidence-based science with the timeless wisdom of the Soul.
I see all experiences—especially the painful ones—not only as physiological imprints, but as spiritual invitations: a call to awaken, to remember, and to return to who we truly are.
Healing is a multidimensional process — shaped in the body, softened in the heart, and illuminated by the Soul. It becomes lasting when all three come into coherence.
When we understand the patterns that shaped us, we unlock the freedom to transcend them.
My work is dedicated to helping women reconnect with the inner voice that was quieted, dimmed, or forgotten—and to rediscover the light that was never lost.
About Me
I’m Jill Darling, MSN, MPH, RN—a writer, spiritual teacher, and guide for women returning to themselves.
My work blends trauma-informed science with the wisdom of the Soul, helping women understand their pain and awaken to the deeper truth of who they are.
Although my own story includes psychological and emotional abuse, my purpose is not defined by trauma—it is shaped by transformation. I teach from the intersection of neuroscience, intuition, and spiritual awakening, offering a path from survival to clarity, from self-forgetting to self-remembering.
Through my writing—and the conversations it inspires—I translate the language of trauma into understanding, and the process of healing into empowerment and awakening.
My first book, The Girl, the Narcissist, and the Psychopath, is both a memoir and a spiritual path for any woman reclaiming her voice, her power, and her light.
I believe in the quiet strength of the feminine heart, in the beauty of forgiveness, and in the power of story to guide us home.
We heal through the stories we tell—and the ones we finally stop believing.
Story helps us make meaning of pain, reclaim our truth, and connect with others who have walked through the fire and found their light.
Story · Science · Soul
Healing begins in the body.
When we understand how trauma shapes the nervous system, we turn survival patterns into pathways of safety, peace, and self-trust.
True healing transcends the mind.
Healing awakens through the guidance of the Soul—where acceptance is born, where forgiveness becomes possible,
and where we remember who we truly are.
The Girl, the Narcissist, and the Psychopath
The Girl, The Narcissist, and The Psychopath is both a memoir and a path for women healing from the trauma of psychological and emotional abuse.
Through vivid storytelling and clinical insight, it guides readers from confusion to clarity, from disconnection to self-love.
Bridging psychology, neuroscience, and spirituality, the book reveals that healing is not only possible—it is sacred.
This book is for every woman who has ever lost herself in the name of love and is ready to come home to herself.
It offers both recognition and renewal—a way to understand the patterns of abuse and to transform pain into wisdom, strength, and freedom.
Healing is remembering who you came here to be.
